We are members of the Travel Trust Association. All payments that are received by us are paid into a trust account which is maintained jointly by Goldcrest Travel and our appointed trustees. In the event of a TTA agent failure, you can be assured that all payments that have been made to the member are safe. All of the operators we book holidays with are also bonded in a variety of ways, mostly by the Government appointed ATOL scheme.
